Beyonce and Jay-Z: Blue Ivy Carter, 4 days old, was the youngest star to chart in the US

Jay-Z and Blue Ivy Carter’s ‘Glory’ has made US Billboard chart history: the track, which was released on January 9 and features newborn Blue Ivy’s cries, has placed at number 74 on this week’s Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s daughter has become the youngest ever artist to place on the chart.

According to Billboard, ‘Glory’ debuts as the week’s highest new entry on the R&B/Hip-Hop count, with 1.7 million audience impressions across 54 radio stations.

‘Glory’ also marks Jay-Z’s 107th entry on the chart in his career, which mirrors the date Blue Ivy Carter was born: 1/07.
